Let’s Kill Hitler Doctor vs. Impossible Astronaut Doctor
I’ve seen multiple theories on how the Doctor from Let’s Kill Hitler is the Doctor that died in The Impossible Astronaut.
But, if you guys remember correctly, the TARDIS interphase said that the Doctor wasn’t able to regenerate because of the poison. Now if we go back to The Impossible Astronaut, we see that the Doctor was able to regenerate but was shot before he could.

Another thing I observed from Lets Kill Hitler is that Amelia’s voice that says ‘fish fingers and custard’ couldn’t have come from the TARDIS interphase. When you listen carefully, both sounded completely different from each other.
